The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday, the living and dining area is comfortable and the sofa can be used as a sofa bed for 2 guests. The master bedroom is complete with double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds making this a perfect family or large group accommodation.

Description of Resort

United Golf Resort comprises of a challenging 9 hole course, designed by internationally renowned course architect Pepe Gancedo.

As well as a fantastic course La Tercia will boast an Aquatic Driving Range, the only one of its kind in Spain! A great place to sharpen your golf game, the Aquatic Driving Range is a unique practice facility that is also an amazing water feature.

In addition to golf on the resort, there is a Gym, Tennis Courts, Bowls, several Swimming Pools, and Children's Play Areas, as well as a Commercial Centre with a selection of shops and bars.

La Tercia is located close to the Valle del Sol, also known as the 'garden of Europe'. It nestles amongst the orange and lemon groves. It is a beautifully peaceful and picturesque area.

The area is famed for its selection of golf courses, nearby are the golf courses of La Torre, Mar Menor, El Valle, Hacineda Riquelme and Peraleja Golf resort.

In addition to golf, many other activities are available nearby, including boat charters, fishing trips, scuba-diving, windsurfing, water-skiing, sailing, therapeutic mud-baths & thermal springs, horseriding, nature reserves, aqua parks. The natural park in the Carrascoy Mountains is nearby and is ideal for walking and hiking.

All the local towns and cities have weekly markets, and regular fiestas to enjoy. In addition to the cultural delights of Murcia and Cartagena, the lively holiday resorts of Torrevieja, Los Alcazares and La Manga are also easily reached for days or evenings out.

A short drive from the apartment is the local Village of Sucina, which offers restaurants and bars. For a wider choice of restaurants any of the nearby coastal resorts should be visited, particularly if you like to eat fresh fish.
